So, the latest blog post from Google on this is rom the beginning of September, at which time Google said they were hard at work on MacChrome (my name, not theirs).

Since then, Chrome has been released by Google, except not on MacOS.  Not even a beta.  What's the deal, Google is usually pretty open on stuff like this.  Maybe they really are turning into Microsoft, announcing vaporware years before it'll see the light of day?
